What’s Really in my Refrigerator?

The raw truth of what’s really in my fridge.

Fresh Fruit, Veggies, Kefir, Almond Milk, Raw Coconut Water, Bio-K Probiotics.

Top Shelf: kefir, aloe vera juice, vital force org eggs, black olives, almond milk and org brown rice pasta.

Middle Shelf: micro-greens, baby spinach, baby kale, org bio-k fermented rice probiotics, strawberries.

Bottom Shelf: dandelion greens, celery, green kale, oranges, lemons, red peppers, yellow peppers, apples, coconut water (we buy the thai coconuts too -Sage loves to eat the fresh coconut meat and I love to drink the coconut water).

Condiments: unsweetened ketchup, mustard, coconut aminos, hot sauce.

Supplements: multi vitamin, spirulina, wheat grass, minerals, vit-d3 spray, vit-B-12 spray, probiotics.

Fruit ripening on counter: mangos, bananas, pineapple

Veggies outside fridge: onions, tomatoes

All food is organic, in season and local when available.
