I wrote this after learning about a teacher in Southern California committing suicide. I want to connect with those people going through a tough time right now.
I don’t want to be here anymore. Hurts too much. I’m not comfortable in my body. I’m not happy. My parents are driving me crazy. My kids are driving me crazy. I need a break. I’m trying Soo hard. Doing everything right. Too much yelling, arguing, fighting. I can’t listen to it anymore. Too much pressure to make money, pay the bills. I can’t stand my job. I’m not doing what I want to be doing. I don’t have any friends. I don’t have anyone who understands me. Nobody gets me. I feel alone.
We are all in this together. We all feel the pain. We all feel the hurt.
Know in your heart we are feeling the same way you are feeling. Know in your heart we want to help you. Know in your heart we are here to help you live a joyous life. Know in your heart the universe has a big plan for you. Know in your heart you are an extraordinary person. Know in your heart you are going to do wonderful wonderful magical things with your life!
It’s a knowing. It’s a trusting. That things will change. Things are going to be very very different. cause you my dear are taking your power back. Today is the first day of the rest of your life and you’re going to enjoy and live in Joy from hereonin! It’s time to recreate a new life. Manifest and bring to you what you want.
You have an amazing team of angels to help you. All you need to do is ask for help. You also may have met earth angels who live with us in this realm. Those are the people, strangers who show you kindness at those moments of need. Those are the people who come into your life at the right time; who seem to show up out of nowhere to offer assistance, give advice, hold your hand when you really need it. You are never never alone.
Sit quietly in nature or in a comfy place and be still breathe. Go inside yourself and smile. Meditate on love. Bring love down from the heavens through your crown chakra (top of your head) and into the rest of your body. Fill yourself up. Visualize the letters LOVE. Now visualize millions of LOVE coming into your crown chakra, a rainbow of love’s, blinged out love’s with diamonds, golden love’s, all coming in through your crown chakra and filling up your entire body. Enjoy being loved!
Now create the life you want on the palette in your mind, above your head.
Visualize where you live, where you work, what you’re doing, what you look like, what you are wearing, who are you with.
Ask for help from the spirit angels. Ask for guidance. Ask for knowledge. Ask for meeting the right people.
Now breath. Breathe it all in. Your new life, your new self, your new part in this play. And know it’s going to happen.
you can create a sacred place in your home where you post pics, words, sentences, mantras. That’s your vision board.
Remember to live in the moment. Pay attention. It’s happening. So pay attention. What’s happening is you’re getting on your path. So enjoy the journey. And notice when it feels right.
Sit quietly again sometime soon to love yourself more and listen, listen, listen, cause in the silence the answers come.
The divine knows what’s best for us so sometimes we get what we need not what we want which is even better!
Let go, release, dispose of, throw away immediately: fear, guilt, shame.
Embrace, bring to you, share: love, JOY, laughter, your heart!
Volunteer, be in service to others, share your gifts!
